The 15-minute-city concept represents an increasingly popular urban policymaking and planning paradigm that seeks to shift attention the neighborhood as a “place” rather merely spatial functional unit. core premise of is critical services amenities should be reachable within 15 min walking or cycling from residence. urban-planning principles enable realization 15-minute city variably embody in mixed-use units, proximity-based planning, for active transport, citizen participation innovation intelligence-driven planning.
